    We also understand that at times, our customers may have a change of mind or wish to order an alternative product. In this instance, if  you wish to make a return you are welcome to do so within 7 days.  We would be happy to exchange the item or offer you shop credit.

    DELIVERY PROMISE: Faulty or wrongly supplied goods will be exchanged or refunded and postage will be at our expense.  If the item is damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo clearly showing the problem. This will assist us in a speedy refund process.

    CHANGE OF MIND: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item/s. We will provide you with a return address for the item/s. Please understand that return postage will be at the customer’s cost, and the item/s must be returned in their original condition.
